Officials within the AAP said that Mishra, who had levelled bribery allegations against Kejriwal yesterday, filed a complaint with the ACB.
Delhi's former water minister, Kapil Mishra, who was sacked on Saturday by chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, had alleged in an afternoon presser that he was getting threat calls and messages on his phone.
Mishra, whose stunning allegations against Kejriwal threw the AAP into turmoil earlier in the day said he will approach the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and lodge an FIR tomorrow. The AAP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has, however, denied the charge levelled by Mishra.
Mishra said he met Kejriwal on Saturday and asked him to explain the source of money to all party lawmakers but was sacked. "The BJP is hatching a conspiracy against the AAP through Mishra", Singh told reporters here.
The sacked leader said he met Kejriwal later to ask him about the cash. "I want to ask Kejriwal if he will resign the day when Jain is sent to jail in a corruption case", he said. "Apologise. As I hold a constitutional post, I will have to report it to the ACB (anti-corruption branch)". "He (Mishra) says Kejriwal's brother-in-law was to get the favour from a deal".
Earlier Delhi BJP president Manoj Tiwary demanded Kejriwal's resignation while saying that he neither had moral nor legal right to continue as the chief minister. He also alleged that Mr Jain informed him about "settling land deals worth Rs. 50 crore for Kejriwal's relative".

Apart from Prabhas and Rana Daggubati, it is Ramya who grabbed the most attention with her powerful dialogues and intense gaze. The film, which is having a historic run at the box office, is declared as the biggest film of the Indian cinema so far.
Mishra had claimed he saw Mr Kejriwal receive the money from another minister, Satyendar Jain.
There was no immediate comment from Kejriwal but his Aam Admi Party spokesman, Kumar Viswas, rejected the allegation made by party lawmaker Kapil Mishra, describing it as an attack by rivals. I have named people within the party.
The AAP has also sought setting aside of the findings of the three-member committee, headed by former Chief Election Commissioner B.B. Tandon and set up by the Union Information and Broadcasting Ministry on directions of the apex court to address issues related to content regulation in government advertising. I know Arvind for 12 years and I can not imagine him taking a bribe, ' Vishwas said after meeting Kejriwal.
But Mishra has said he was removed as he had pointed out the water tanker scam in Delhi.
He questioned the "inaction" over a report submitted by him to Kejriwal in August 2015 on the alleged Rs 400 crore water tanker scam during the tenure of the Sheila Dikshit government.
