The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Lancaster County and almost two dozen other counties in southcentral Pennsylvania.
The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has also issued a flood warning for Howard and Tipton counties until 11:15 a.m. Friday.
Heavy rain is expected Friday night into Saturday morning, with between 1 and 3 inches of rain possible.
The Meteorological Service says it will continue to monitor the situation. "However, the storms will be much more scattered than the widespread rainfall overnight and this morning".

South of the Kansas City area, the Marais des Cygnes River was flooding near Trading Post, Kansas, according to the hydrology charts.
Get used to heavy rain, gusty winds and chilly temperatures for the next few days. Highs on Saturday will be in the 60s before falling into the 40s at night, when most of the precipitation will diminish.
