Weintraub talked at 11 a.m. about the stifling heat, humidity and dust at the site of a 12-foot deep common grave on a 90-acre property owned by the parents of a person of interest in the case.
The body identified was that of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro.
Weintraub said he is now classifying the case as a homicide, but "we just don't know how many homicides".
He said police are determined to "bring each and every one of these lost boys home to their families, one way or another". Patrick, who attended a Catholic high school for boys with the man authorities consider a suspect, was last seen Wednesday, while the other three vanished Friday.
Patrick graduated from Holy Ghost Preparatory School in 2016, where Dinardo was also a graduate in 2015, according to Bill Doherty, the school's director of communications.
DiNardo's parents own the farm.
"We're going to start looking seriously at the homicide charges and in fact we already have pursued that option", Weintraub said, noting he could not comment on the type of homicide.
Police sources, on the other hand, claim that DiNardo has previously exhibited violent tendencies, and has not been cooperating with the investigation. The man's remains were found on the family farm owned by Cosmo DiNardo's family in Solebury.Police activity along Lower York Road in Solebury as police search for 4 missing young men. He's accused of trying to sell Meo's auto after he went missing. He apparently was the first of the men to go missing. Large makeshift tents were set up across the property, and investigative teams dug for evidence using large machinery.
Australia "very keen" to negotiate trade deal with EU
The Prime Minister said International Trade Secretary Liam Fox would visit Australia in the coming months as part of ongoing talks.
Cosmo DiNardo is being held on $5 million bail cash for allegedly stealing Meo's auto and trying to sell it for $500.
Meo's diabetic kit, "which he never went anywhere without", was also found inside the vehicle, Weintraub said.
That arrest followed a Monday arrest, when DiNardo was described as a person of interest on an unrelated gun charge. Nevertheless, Sturgis and Meo were close friends.

At least some of the missing men are friends, but it's unclear how well they knew DiNardo, if at all.
The earlier charge stems from accusations that DiNardo was caught with a shotgun and ammunition in February despite a prior mental health commitment.
DiNardo is now only being held on firearms charges but he is considered a suspect of interest in the disappearances of the four men.
Later he said: "Take the biggest (investigation) you've ever seen and multiply it by a million". Those 'other human remains' have yet to have been identified.
