Kenneth Dion Lever is suspected to have shot and killed three people inside a Gardendale home this morning, and police are now on the hunt to find him before more people are hurt.
"We have three victims deceased on the scene, their identities can not be released at this time", Gardendale Police said on Facebook.
Authorities from multiple agencies and a helicopter were involved in the search for a man police identified as 52-year-old Kenneth Dion Lever of the Pensacola, Florida, area.
Police said Lever is "armed and dangerous", and asked anyone who sees him not to approach and inform the police.
Court records in York County, Pennsylvania, show 52-year-old Kenneth Dion Lever of Santa Rosa County, Florida, is scheduled to go on trial there on September 11. The Florida man is suspected in the fatal shootings of three adults in an apparent domestic dispute Wednesday morning. According to local news, Lever now has charges against him in Pennsylvania for sexual abuse of a minor.
Police are actively searching for the suspect who they have identified as Kenneth Dion Lever.

Lever was believed to be driving a red Nissan Sentra rental vehicle with a Georgia license plate, police said, and he could be headed to the Florida Panhandle. "He is considered armed and unsafe", Gardendale Police said.
Some reports suggest that previous year in December a judge issued an order telling Lever to stay away from his ex-wife Dana Lever and their daughter.
Lever was placed in York County Prison on October 12, 2015, on the first case on $100,000 and was bailed out the next day. She claimed that he was stalking and harassing her and her 11-year-old daughter. The girl had been seeing a therapist who reached out and informed the mother of some concerns.
Police have nevertheless urged the public for vigilance and seek any information in the manhunt that now includes the entire state of Alabama and the Florida panhandle. 'My daughter has a different disposition when she returns home, ' the woman wrote.
