Indiana state police said the sketch is based on the ongoing investigation into the deaths of 13-year-old Abigail Williams and Liberty German, 14, who were found dead on February 14 a day after they disappeared while hiking near Delphi, Indiana.

Fourteen-year-old Liberty German vanished with 13-year-old Abigail Williams on February 13 while hiking a trail near their hometown of Delphi, about 60 miles (100 kilometers) northwest of Indianapolis.
State police say they will release new evidence on the main suspect in the killing of two northern in girls in February. Their bodies were found the next day.

Police said the suspect has reddish-brown hair, stands between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-10 (1.7 and 1.8 meters) and weighs between 180 and 220 pounds (82 and 100 kilograms). This sketch depicts a hat that might not be accurate. Police are asking for the public to focus on the person's facial features.
Police say they hope the sketch will help clarify some of the pictures that have been released regarding the investigation and the man on the bridge. No arrests have been made in the slayings and authorities have not disclosed how the girls were killed. She also captured a man's voice saying "down the hill" during what police call "criminal activity".
That evidence came from German's cellphone, who police have hailed as a hero for recording potentially crucial evidence.
