The NFL will reduce its presence in London by one game in 2018, from four to three, the league announced Thursday morning.
"It has been 10 years since we last played in London, and other than the outcome of the game back in 2008, the experience there among the worldwide fans was pretty cool", Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers told the team's website. All three of the designated road teams will be making their first trip to London for a regular-season game.
On Thursday, the National Football League announced a trio of games that are set to take place overseas in London.
"A key feature of our success is playing in iconic, world-renowned venues like Wembley and Twickenham, and we look forward to playing in what will be another incredible setting for NFL football at Tottenham's new stadium".

The Chargers' last game in London, a 37-32 loss to New Orleans in Wembley Stadium on October 26, 2008, was a quarterback duel between Philip Rivers, who completed 25 of 40 passes for 341 yards and three touchdowns, and the Saints' Drew Brees, who completed 20 of 41 passes for 339 yards and three scores.
"We are excited as a franchise to be playing in London as part of the NFL's International Series", said Titans Controlling Owner Amy Adams Strunk. "Nobody in the United Kingdom needs to worry about our commitment; [it is a] unique year for us".
It will be played on the stadium's artificial surface, which sits beneath the retractable grass pitch. This enables us to achieve important learnings relating to the fans' preferences, ticketing, team logistics and local transportation and infrastructure in order to create the best possible experience and environment.

The last time the Colts played overseas resulted in a 30-27 loss to the Jaguars in Week 4 of the 2016 regular season.
The second game that was announced features a pair of division champions who are still alive in the playoffs.
